信息量太少
humanity是不是等同于painless的确比较困扰，death penalty如果是一种torture，那法律也不过是以牙还牙的小人游戏，杀人以各种残忍手剥夺他人生命是过分，但为了一些法理上吃亏的甚至是无辜的人，让所有的死刑犯都享受临终的关怀又有何不可。
最后那个Prof提出的问题也正是我在看的时候一直存疑的，对于杀人犯用painless甚至可以feel happy的死刑方式对于受害者公平吗？Hypoxia至多只能用于对病人的安乐死吧。punishment should be painful
