barebacking - having sex without a condom; bugchaser- a person deliberately becoming infected with HIV; gift giver - a person who is willing to give the gift of HIV; seroconvert - going from a negative blood test to a positive blood test; HIV Beer Bust - a social event where HIV+ men meet other HIV+ men. survival guilt和the need to fit in太可悲，纯粹为了enjoy sex和not get worried about HIV太可怕。
